Adult Hockey Rules
Ø
All games will be played
with USA hockey rules
Ø Three 13 minute stop time periods. Games will only
go to curfew clock if deemed necessary by rink officials.
Ø
All players must be registered
through USA hockey.
Ø Players must be 18 years of age or older.
Ø Only rostered players may play. (Excluding goalies.)
Ø
Only 18 players per roster.
(Excluding goalies.)
Ø If a team requests to challenge a rostered player
they must do so before the start of the third period. The player being challenged must then provide identification to prove
he/she is on the roster. A team can only challenge two players in one game. If the player is found not
to be on the roster his/her team will then forfeit that game. If the player is found to be on the roster the challenging
team will be assessed a minor penalty.

An eight goal lead will
result in a run time clock after the end of the second period.
Ø
Fighting will not be
tolerated. Any player involved in a fight will be suspended that current game and the following game.
Ø Five Penalties in a game will result as a game misconduct and the player will be removed
for the remainder of that game.
Ø If a team does not show up for a game they will
be charged $60 to their league fee. Obviously there will be some exceptions to this rule. For example, if a scheduling error
were to occur, the game will be rescheduled and there would be no charge.
